Amazing room! We booked the family loft and it was amazing. Super comfy beds and free mini bar! Very clean hotel and amazing staff! Thank you!

Have stayed here 3 times now and it’s been excellent every time. Rooms are spotless they are quite small but it’s only a bed for the night as you’re out most of the day, beds are very comfortable too. Breakfast is also a great reason to stay at this hotel obviously as well as the location. Lots to choose from the buffet breakfast, yes it does get busy but you don’t have to wait too long. Staff are always very helpful too

Great location to Broadway, Times Square and subways.

The staff were friendly, the location was excellent, and the room was generally comfortable. However, the air conditioning system was confusing to use and did not offer a heating option.

I was impressed with the size of our apartment and enjoyed that the bedroom had a door separating it from the living room, so our kids who were sleeping on the foldout sofa bed could watch tv in the morning while we slept in a little. The midtown location was very convenient. The room was mostly clean, though there was a used tissue on the floor under the sofa bed when I pulled it out.
