"Το κτήμα Νικόλα σε γενικές γραμμές ήταν ικανοποιητικό. Ο χώρος για 4 άτομα ήταν ευρύχωρος και καθαρός.σε θέμα άνεσης βρίσκω αρνητικό ότι τα 2 από τα 4 κρεβάτια ήταν σχετικά κοντά και δεν χωρούσαν τα πόδια μου στο κρεβάτι.εχω ύψος 1.70 βρίσκω το δωμάτιο καταλληλότερο για οικογένεια με 2 παιδια και όχι για ενήλικες.κατα τα άλλα όλα ήταν πολύ καθαρά καιδροσερα.επισης γεωγραφικά είναι κοντά στην Κάρυστο Αλλά η μετακίνηση γίνεται αποκλειστικά με μεταφορικό μέσο."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Avra! Our sea view room was beautiful, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. Waking up to the ocean view and sea breeze was such a relaxing experience. One of our favorite parts was how convenient everything was. We walked down to the nearby beach area where there was a great beach bar serving food and drinks right to the lounge chairs under the palapas. The atmosphere was amazing, the ocean views were stunning, and even the beach facilities and toilets were very clean and well maintained. The included breakfast the next morning was excellent with plenty of delicious options, and the airport shuttle was incredibly convenient after a long flight. The location of the hotel is perfect — the nearby restaurant area along the water has absolutely incredible views and fantastic food. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations. Beautiful views, comfortable rooms, wonderful service, great food, and an unbeatable location. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Hotel Avra to anyone visiting the Athens/Rafina area!"
