"Caracol was rustic but magical. The staff was lovely and it’s so peaceful surrounded by water. Being able to step off my private dock and swim was a delight, and I spent lots of time in my hammock. The restaurant was tasty and the staff was helpful for arranging boat transfers if you wanted to go places."

"Magnifique hôtel face à la plage. Cadre idyllique autant pour les chambres que les espaces extérieurs. Nous avons en plus eu la change d'être surclassé. Le personnel est vraiment très gentil et attentionné. On peut voir des singes, des paresseux... Le restaurant propose des plats excellents. L'hôtel se trouve à une vingtaine de minutes du centre. Ce n'est pas gênant mais il faut en tenir compte pour prévoir ses déplacements."

"Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the resort, Esthefany and the entire staff were very accommodating and made certain that all of our needs were met. The resort offers a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere and the views were picturesque. We enjoyed a private boat tour of the island which included snorkeling, dolphin watching, and relaxation at the beach and we also participated in the zip line experience. Orbitz did not provide an option to add on the transfer from the airport to the boat tender (less than 5 mins away) but there was a gentleman from the resort that shuttled our group to the tender upon arrival. Great experience!!!"

"This was our favourite stop on our 3 week trip. This property is a piece of paradise. The bungalow over the water was amazing - clean and spacious! The breakfast was wonderful and the lunch and dinner options were also amazing. We loved the nature trail and we made good use of the paddle boards on offer. However, the best thing about this hotel is the staff. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel like family. All of the staff were so kind, friendly and helpful. They were wonderful with our 16 month old. Special shout out to Rafia (sorry if this is spelt wrong) - he was brilliant with our son! This hotel will always be our favourite holiday destination. Thank you so much everyone, we hope to be vac one day!"
