"I was in Calgary on business and the hotel allowed me to be in proximity to the things I needed for business and out of the core, near several restaurants after working hours. The room was clean, though the cleaning was sort of hit and miss. I did do some work from my room which may be why they never stopped by. Breakfast was included and the selection of food offerings was more than ample to start the day. Parking was ample and the area seemed quiet and safe. The only concern was the functioning of the elevator. I was on the third floor and there was one day in particular when the elevator would not pass the 2nd floor and stopped rather violently. I was unable to call out and the buttons did not functionf or some minutes. It eventually got down to the lobby level again and I took the stairs. It was an intermittent flaw, but disconcerting."

"The room was very spacious and clean. The light rail train station is a very short walk away from the hotel which was very convenient and inexpensive. The light rail offered a connection to the downtown area where I needed to be. One downside: breakfast was not available at the hotel during my stay (June 2026) as the dining room was being renovated."
