Check in staff was great. We had an amazing room with a great view of riverfront park square. Walking distance to the Spokane arena for events. Had late night apps and drinks in the restaurant and breakfast in the morning . Very friendly staff, all around great stay.

The hotel was okay. Clean enough though the carpets turned our feet black. You have to specifically ask every day to get your room cleaned otherwise they don’t show up. Staff was friendly.

We stayed at the room that had a door directly to the pool which was amazing with kids. Little bummed that the smaller pool was not a hot tub it was cold so that was sad. And our mirror in our room was broke on the side so it needed to be updated. But everything else was amazing all of the workers were so friendly and amazing. And the food was really good. Overall totally recommend for a getaway for the family just for the weekend or even for a couple

Great facility... great location. I have stayed here many times and the last two times the front desk staff got an F on their customer services. They weren't great to elderly people for Gonzaga Grad weekend, and then weeks later was the same. The rooms, parking and facility are all 4 stars.

Centennial Hotel housed many Spokanites (and their pets) when we were evacuated from our homes recently due to wildfires. Front desk staff were patient with our daily requests to extend our stay as we waited for the evacuation orders to be lifted. It was particularly helpful to have a beautiful pool area to entertain the children and a laundry facility to keep our few pieces of clothing clean. We just happened to meet Jason, a facilities employee (?) in the lobby one morning, and when I mentioned a peculiar smell in my room, he quickly grabbed some supplies and treated the bathroom drains. I was impressed by his professionalism and willingness to address the issue promptly to ensure our stay was comfortable. Thank you, Jason and Centennial!
