The neighbors we had during our stay wasn’t not quite, music blaring until 1230 and had to call the front desk. The next morning we decided to mention something again. After we called about our β€œdeposit” for the room we had to put down even though it was completely payed for already, the front desk continued to say that there were no complaints at all from when our stay was. Which isn’t true I have to call log on my phone still.

The disabled bathroom was very helpful. However, the bed was so hard, I ended up sleeping in my wheelchair. We complained twice but nothing was done.

Road noise was almost unbearable. It is like sleeping at a roadside interstate rest stop right next to the road. The traffic was all night and engines were revving. Also the sheets weren't clean - had to replace them. That was minor though. The noise is a deal breaker.
