Great stay, excellent space

We found the hotel excellent; the staff were very helpful and quite friendly (some reviews said otherwise but we met several people working there and all were great) We got the smallest room; which was quite small for two people but very clean and with nice furniture comfortable bed and new bathroom, good AC etc. Breakfast was very nice and relaxing. The public spaces are really lovely. We took our time leaving each morning because it was so inviting. We accidentally left something in the room after we left and the staff saved it for us to pick up days later. I would highly recommend this hotel

Struttura datata non pulitissima( abbiamo trovato anche uno scarafaggio) e non sistemata a dovere, tavoletta del vater rotta e doccia con guarnizione rotta che mandava acqua da tutte le parti tranne che da dove doveva uscire....

Sono arrivata all'hotel Clitunno un po' scettica, per via di alcune recensioni poco rassicuranti, ma mi sono ricreduta subito. L'hotel si trova nella ZTL di Spoleto, ma è facile da raggiungere e offre svariate possibilità di parcheggio nei dintorni (pagando una cauzione di 10€, che ci è stata restituita al check-out, abbiamo avuto un tagliando per parcheggiare gratuitamente negli stalli blu). All'arrivo ho chiesto di cambiare stanza, per via dei miei problemi di allergia. Ci hanno proposto subito alcune soluzioni e ci hanno assegnato gratuitamente una camera migliore. Siamo stati colpiti dalla gentilezza che si respira in quest'hotel, tutto il personale è sempre cordiale e sorridente (vi assicuro che noi siciliani, che abbiamo il sole nel cuore, apprezziamo tanto un atteggiamento del genere!) dalla reception alla sala colazione, senza dimenticare gli addetti alle pulizie. La struttura è a un minuto a piedi dal Teatro nuovo, dal Teatro romano con il Museo archeologico e da Corso Mazzini. Con una breve passeggiata, si possono raggiungere gli ascensori che conducono ai tappeti mobili sotterranei: per chi vuole evitare di percorrere le ripide salite, gratuitamente, la città è a portata di... piede! Anche se è bello perdersi tra le stradine di Spoleto! L'hotel offre a tutti gli ospiti una colazione a buffet con cornetti, ciambelle, crostate, pancake, fette biscottate, marmellata, cappuccino, caffè ecc. Abbiamo soggiornato per 7 notti, per scoprire la splendida terra umbra!

Scriviamo questo giudizio negativo in quanto questa struttura, che vanta 4 stelle, ha delle problematiche pesanti. La prima riguarda la pulizia dei bagni e delle camere, approssimativa, e la seconda riguarda la tranquillità notturna, inesistente in quanto il vociare delle persone che cenano nello spazio sottostante le camere rimbomba impedendo di tenere le finestre aperte, e la climatizzazione della camera non risolve in quanto rumorosa e per nulla efficiente. Il personale per contro è stato molto gentile e disponibile, ma suggerirei di provvedere ad un controllo più puntuale circa la pulizia ed a sostituire al più presto gli attuali condizionatori con delle apparecchiature silenziose.

La nostra vacanza a Spoleto

Alla reception abbiamo inizialmente trovato un giovane impiegato che non ci ha dato molte informazioni quali ad esempio la dichiarazione della targa dell’auto perché l’albergo si trova in zona ZTL, l’orario della colazione e nemmeno il numero della camera, poco leggibile sul portachiavi. Più tardi abbiamo trovato un receptionist che sapeva il fatto sul è molto gentilmente ha provveduto a dare tutte le corrette informazioni per il nostro soggiorno. La camera piccola ma pulita così come il bagno. Magari sarebbe meglio la doccia anziché la vasca. Colazione più che buona.

La struttura è comoda perché situata al centro, pulizia buona ,camere e arredamento da rifare,eravamo 3 adulti e un bambino, abbiamo preso una camera matrimoniale e un secondo letto che ci avevano detto era una piazza e mezzo ma la sorpresa è stata un divano letto che una volta aperto si passava con fatica ,cameriere e donne della pulizia carinissime per il resto poco dispinibili
