"Very close to Mary, Washington hospital and University. The hotel was clean but very bare decorating, Not warm, cozy or inviting.Breakfast was okay. They serve from 6 AM to 9 AM. And by 830, it was very picked over. Indoor pool was very cold."
"I had a very big issue staying at this hotel where I felt like the front desk did not seem to be willing to accommodate anything or go above and beyond other than just standing there and checking someone in and I will be reaching out to corporate as well but on one of the last days of our stay I had a window washer outside of my bedroom window on the sixth floor and was not even notified about the services being done so I came out of my bathroom completely naked to find a man standing outside my window with my curtains open and when I tried to bring the situation up I couldn't even get a simple answer as to who the company was or even speak to a manager who refused to personally call me like they said they would when I was being nothing but polite given the circumstances I had every right to be completely livid and yet I still was trying to handle everything with dignity no matter how embarrassed or exposed I felt but they refused to give me any information due to the privacy of that company, what happened to my privacy I don't expect to be in my room where I'm supposed to have complete trust that nobody's going to be lurking outside my window and although he was just doing a job I am still a woman naked in my window with a man outside of it with no formal warning whatsoever of them doing window washing where I could have prevented this from happening by leaving my curtains closed. Yes I had them open but it's only because the rooms are so dim you need natural light!!!"
Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Fredericksburg
8/10 Good
"The hotel was decent, nothing luxury but it was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The AC in the room was obnoxiously loud, the thermostat is there for show the controls are on the unit itself, which is fine but would be nice to know. Breakfast is a bare minimum pre-packaged breakfast ( not knocking it just giving heads up). The kitchen in the room is not stocked you have to ask for the items. The location was near a lot of restaurants and shopping so that was ideal and if you are doing something at the convention center its perfect because it is walking distance."

6/10 Okay
"There was only one person that I came across that wasn’t all that friendly. The liner in the bottom of the tub needed to be replaced, it was peeling up on one end. We had problems getting good signal on the tv. The one major complaint, my daughter and son in law had continuous problems with their key cards. She was unable to use hers the first day. His worked at first, but later he couldn’t get in the room. The 2nd full day, they took their baby and toddler back to the hotel so they could get a good nap. They got up to their 5th floor room, and neither of the keys would work. Both kids were extremely tired, and my son in law has to go all the way back downstairs to get his card reprogrammed. Over two full days, they had to have the keys reprogrammed at least seven times. My husband and I came across another couple on the 3rd floor that also had continuous problems with their keys. I had also contacted the hotel after making reservations requesting that the two rooms at least be on the same floor. One ended up being on the 3rd floor. The other on the fifth. It also sucks that for a big hotel like that, parking is very limited. On the bright side, the hotel is very clean, well maintained, and the staff, from the cleaning staff to the front desk, were very friendly."
"Pro: plenty of parking. Free breakfast. Pet friendly. 24/7 staff.
Con: unable to lock room lock. Breakfast was poor. Can smell cigarette and various inhale products in the vicinity."

2/10 Terrible
"The hall way smelled very bad. The rug in the room was stained and dirty. The toilet in our room didn’t refill after flushing. We had to keep opening the tank to do it manually. We arrived close to midnight and we were only staying the one night so we just dealt with it."
