Spring Creek, Nevada hotel rooms at the Independent

"The hotel was a great place to stay. Casino was nice (no smoke that we noticed), rooms were clean (although the hotel was set up so that if you're in the far complex, its a long walk to the casino). Parking is easy. Although we did have to initially change rooms due to a couple of maintenance issues, the staff was very responsive and got us situated in another room very quickly. We did find out that the hotel and casino are changing ownership, so our hope is that the new owners take as good care of the place and staff as the current owners. Thank you for a good night at Maverick Hotel/Casino."
