The room was clean but not in great shape. The refrigerator didn’t work. The bathroom tap sprayed everywhere, the skirting on the tub was coming off. There were no screens on the windows when I opened them despite being on the third floor. Breakfast was ok.

The hot water wasn’t working but they immediately took care of the issue and were very attentive to this issue. ...
