Great place to stay while you visit Zion NP. If you plan to leave early morning for the park, they give you a breakfast the previous night, so you have something to eat as you explore. After hours help is also available if needed. Close to restaurants and very close to the park entrance!!

The one bedroom suite was nice and spacious for a family of four. We were missing some amenities upon arrival but that was quickly remedied by the helpful staff. Diana was always smiling and willing to help at the front desk. Location is some of the best near zion.

Rooms were nice. The free breakfast is a bag with an apple, yogurt, and bagel. There is no breakfast buffet spread with eggs, bacon, sausage or the like. Great location. The concrete floors need repainting. The water pressure was less than desirable. But if you want air conditioning, nice room, and location, it’s great! If you want breakfast, it’s something.

I’m so glad I didn’t pay attention to any of the other reviews. The property was in a perfect spot. The grab and go breakfast was perfect for the people that wanted something quick before getting the shuttle to Zion National Park. My family and I enjoyed our stay. The staff was helpful. The room was clean. The WiFi was free. The stay was so peaceful and quiet. We will definitely be back!

The property is in a great location on the canyon road. The family suite was large and had a huge kitchen full fridge with grocery across the street. We booked the night before and was great for the money, slept well after an active day!

The room and property were clean. The grab and go breakfast was good: breakfast sandwich, bagel, muffin, yogurt, & apple. Allowed to pick up the evening before. Staff friendly. They had juices in the lobby all day. However, the sink was clogged and didn’t drain. We brought it up to the staff at least 6 times over our 3 night stay, with no resolution. It was gross. Black chunks came up through the drain.

Front desk staff Diana was super kind, friendly and very helpful when we realized that we short booked an evening. She made sure we stayed in the same room without moving. Grab-n-Go breakfast was very convenient for the hikers like us, including a sandwich, bagel, yogurt and a fruit in a lunch bag. The hotel is conveniently located close to the city shuttle stop, and the gorgeous sunset view we could enjoy right on the patio.

The staff was friendly and helpful, however, the lobby offered coffee and juices but was closed 3 out of 4 mornings I went to get coffee. This was frustrating. The location is excellent and the room was clean. The staff was friendly the one time I saw them. I would stay here again. The location can’t be beat.

It can be difficult picking a hotel sight unseen based on a couple of photos and reviews by other people. We had never been the Springdale, Utah before or Zion National Park and wanted to enjoy our time there. The hotel and the rooms were convenient, easy to get in and out of, and very spacious, clean, and the beds very comfortable! The view is incredible, just from the hotel alone, and it is right on the main road through Springdale in a great location to get coffee, go to lunch or dinner, and visit the park. Very friendly staff! We loved our stay here and would stay here again.

We got everything we need, we got 2 queen beds just for me and my son. Their dryer in their laundry room broke 2 of my sports bra and ruined my hiking shirt that I need to throw away. Check out time was 11am so we ready all our stuff in the car but left all our frozen food in the fridge then went for breakfast outside. When we came back at 10:30 the cleaner was already in the room and threw all our food. We didn’t have a choice but to take them from his trash bag since we will be travelling next to Bryce and we need food to get by, that’s disappointing.
