"Hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Glasgow and surrounded by many amazing restaurants and bars. 4th time staying here and staff were amazing as always! We had an issue with an aircon leak detector alarm going off at 3:30 am and the staff on the front desk came up and sorted it very promptly. Following day they had organised a different room and moved our luggage for us. These things happen and staff handled it perfectly.
Thanks for another great stay.
We will be back soon! "

10/10 Excellent
"We stayed for one week during our first international trip and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. House keeping cleaned the rooms daily and were very thorough; parking was directly across the street and affordable compared to other parking locations! The St. Enoch shopping centre and Princes square along with all downtown amenities were all within walking distance! Daily complimentary breakfast was very good with many options! We had an excellent stay! "
"We had a poor room to start, nothing wrong just very small with a view of a concrete wall. The hotel helped and moved us to a lovely room. The staff (tavis) were excellent. "
"The location was very convenient as I was within walking distance of a lot of things. The food in the restaurant is excellent and the staff so nice and helpful.
The hotel itself with the ping pong tables and pool tables is vibrant and active. Just an all around great experience! "
