"Such a lovely approach to Holiday Inn Guildford BUT greeted by parking app options, whch was a bit daunting... Having spent some time trying to access complete, we decided to go into hotel to ask... Here we were greeted by a very helpful receptionist who showed me to a parking machine near the hotel entrance, so easy!! This was not an option in the actual carpark!!? Why? Our stay was very pleasant otherwise... very helpful staff 🙂 Comfortable room, huge tv! Only complaint.... Cheap loo...

The staff on reception were lacking some basic customer service skills. On a positive note the patio outside and the bar man (moroccan guy) were lovely.
