The staff wasn’t welcoming as expected. We checked in 24 minutes before check in time and multiple guests were checked in before and after us and we were checked in 4 minutes before 4pm. We had palmetto bugs in our room and it was not the best experience. They did provide extra towels

The hotel advertises itself with a photograph of the rooftop area, but that was closed to us on Saturday evening (we were told it would be a 40 minute wait) and Sunday morning.
