No help when we arrived to unload the car. We had to unload and go to reception leaving th car unattended. We had to ask 3 times throughout the day to receive a water kettle. We only got it in the evening after we came back and called for a 3rd time. Shower pressure was a joke with only a trickle of water. This was our 3rd time stay at this hotel and were disappointed in what is otherwise an excellent hotel

What an incredibly beautiful place this hotel is! Staff cannot do enough and made ourspecial anniversary stay truly perfect..the hotel is beautifully decorated and immaculate throughout.
