"Kathrin was so helpful and kind! I brought my aunt and uncle and the 1 bedroom suite was perfect - the sofa bed was super comfortable for me, and I’m a picky tall gal! Literally the only wish would’ve been for feather pillows (comforter was down), but we also didn’t inquire. The offer was there to dial in bed stiffness, which we didn’t need. Breakfast is plentiful and fresh! And espresso drinks on offer as well"

"Room was nice and clean, but would have preferred a double bed over two singles, but that was not available at time of check-in. Nice pool and wellness area. Decent breakfast. Parking in the underground car park was convenient, but charged separately."

"We were very lucky to find street parking nearby. I had misunderstood that a parking spot was to be included in our stay. The room was very nice. I would have liked a tea kettle. Breakfast was very good. Altogether a fine hotel!"

"we really enjoyed staying here, we paid for an upgraded room with its own living room and bedroom, and it was very nice. The only thing we didn't like is the chimney smoke came into our bedroom from the fireplace they have in the hotel so we couldn't have the window open part of the time, but it wasn't a huge problem,and our view was nonexistent as it was just looking out over the top of the hotel roof. Also if you're staying facing the street, it is very loud with traffic at night to sleep if you need to open the window to get air. They provided a fan that we tried to run, but it was so loud. It made it almost worse lol. the breakfast was completely amazing, just about the best I've ever seen. Parking was expensive but you are right by the city center, so it's worth it."

"Spotless room with water, tea/coffee-making faciliies. Bathroom had underfloor heating and bedroom was cosy and warm. The women who run the hotel are friendly and welcoming (a warm thank you for making my birthday breakfast special). Breakfast is lovely: a thoughtful selection of goodies. Every other day is a vegetarian-only buffet. Perfect location, around 15 mins easy walk from Lubeck Hbf in the old town. "
