- Fantastic central location and its key selling point.
- nice helpful staff
- free water bottles daily
- good shower
- family room has 4 single beds = perfect
Considerations
- No air-conditioning - be aware as in summer gets warm.
- provided with fans however and can open windows
- no lift BUT the staff helped carry our luggage up and down

Rough start , I was given a twin room when I arrive instead of double room . I was put to an extension building outside the hotel . Next day I spoke to the Asian lady ( general manager) the most unhelpful manager I’ve meet . Never listen to me and she needed a customer service training - smile atleast and listen .
Nice hotel but manager is a let down .

Restaurant: poor service, food quality poor and expensive. Hotel should improve the restaurant, or not take claim of it.
