"We had such a wonderful stay at The Cumberland Hotel. The staff was amazing, so helpful, patiently answered our many questions. Our room was very nice and the rooftop very pleasant especially at night when it's cooler with beautiful views. The included breakfast was very good and this restaurant called Grana served excellent food we had supper there on our first night and it was excellent! We were very happy with our choice, the hotel is so well situated close enough to walk to the ferry or cruise harbor and St-John Cathedral."

"We had a really good stay at Palazzo Rosaria. The room was spacious, with a genuinely comfortable big bed, and the bed for our son was practical and comfortable too. Air conditioning worked well throughout, and there was always ample water available. Breakfast was a highlight — fresh, well balanced, with eggs, cold meats, cooked options, and something for everyone. The room was clean, and the staff were consistently friendly. One small note: the shower tray looked like it might be leaking. It didn’t cause us any real problems, but worth the hotel checking it before it damages the property — I did flag it to staff and they said they’d look into it. Nice touches too: bathrobes provided, and swans made from towels left on the bed when we arrived, a lovely welcome. The location in Valletta is excellent, right in the heart of everything. They also kept our bags for us after check-out, which was a great help. Overall, a genuinely great experience and we’d happily stay again."
