"The worst sleep I have ever had. These beds were old and when I barely moved you can just hear the springs popping everywhere. There was trash left in the dressers. Shower rod was broken. Old showers head that had black all over it. Remote was left under the bed not that big of a deal but not professional at all. NEVER going here again I definitely do not recommend wasting your money here. Thank you"

"The room and staff were good. The eggs at breakfast tasted like they were from a box so not my cup of tea. I was told I would receive an email receipt which I haven't gotten yet. Also, I didn't know I would have to pay for parking, so I may look elsewhere next time."

"Breakfast good & different each day. Had to make my own bed & garbage was not emptied. It’s an 8 floor modern building with comfortable beds & is very quiet. Sadly for such a large hotel it only has 4 handicap parking places so you might have to park in the back 40 like me."

"My room was relatively clean. The main concern I'd have for people is that the area is quite busy all through the night. If you are noise sensitive, this may not be the place to stay - lots of traffic type noise from big trucks hauling loads to and from the area. I chose this hotel due to its proximity to the Port, and it worked perfectly for my needs. Breakfast was good, easily on par with other competitor hotels offering the same convenience. Staff was on point - very friendly and kind."
