โVery well-organized and they paid a lot of attention to detailing every aspect and documenting it on their website. The self check-in and check-out is smooth and went without any issues. All appliances worked perfectly.
The hallway was a bit noisy, especially when other apartments close their doors, it shakes the whole apartment. The check-out is 10 AM which I consider early.โ
โAmazing over night stay. Rooms fantastic and the food too. Staff so friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend this place and will also come back myself. โ
โThis is a perfect location if you're on a budget and want to feel "local". The staff are very kind. Lots of floor space and outlets. Room has a FAN which is amazing. Would stay again. Would recommend. Close to tube/buses. Food shoppes and restaurants are close. โ
โNot a 5 star hotel but gave 5 star because it was perfect for what we needed. Very clean, staff were helpful and friendly. It was so convenient to be right by the tube. Had no problem with noise. โ
โGreat location with two train stations to London, lots of restaurants. The Premier Inn has a good breakfast/dinner bar too. Well kept and safe location.โ
โGreat stay. Good location, clean room. Comfy bed. Good breakfast. Staff clearly stretched with people off sick we were told, but working hard to make sure we were still looked afterโ
โIn 2025 not having reliable WiFi- whether the free or the โpremiumโ (capped at 8mbps if it decides to allow you to connect after you pay) is unconscionable. Someone needs to tell them itโs not the year 2000 anymore. Many other options at their price point. Avoid. โ
โNice room and when I eventually got key code and into property it was lively. Close to Rail, underground and buses and plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby and within a stones throw of tooting commonโ
โThe pictures of this property are very misleading. The check in process was not clear and there is no one on the property to answer questions and no contact info.
Our room had things left from other guests and trash left behind. There were no blinds on the windows, which made sleep nearly impossible. The "free breakfast" was stale cereal, or so I'm guessing because, again, literally no one to ask. โ
โDon't be fooled by this, they ignore you all day, then after 6 pm they write that something is broken and ask you to cancel, but after 6 pm you can't cancel the house.โ
