โVery well-organized and they paid a lot of attention to detailing every aspect and documenting it on their website. The self check-in and check-out is smooth and went without any issues. All appliances worked perfectly.
The hallway was a bit noisy, especially when other apartments close their doors, it shakes the whole apartment. The check-out is 10 AM which I consider early.โ
โGood place to stay if you go to London with car. Parking is free at night at the streets around no worries. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Standard staff services.โ
โI received a call to confirm the check in. It's conveniently placed on the main road, close to bus stops and shops. Off street parking available, free after 5pm. The room was very clean and warmed for us, with basic toiletries provided. The receptionist was very friendly and professional, provided the necessary information and offered further assistance.

โThe pictures of this property are very misleading. The check in process was not clear and there is no one on the property to answer questions and no contact info.
Our room had things left from other guests and trash left behind. There were no blinds on the windows, which made sleep nearly impossible. The "free breakfast" was stale cereal, or so I'm guessing because, again, literally no one to ask. โ
โHad a great time here although it was for business trip. Rooms were cosy and warm which was good because it was really cold when we visited. Rita at reception was very friendly and helpful.โ

โIt was nice to stay there but facilties are bit old especially for the water tap which was seperated hot and cold water when i need to wash my hands. But nice bed and it was cozy there. But as I said facilities are basically old and they've got to change the towel and some of facilities to new ones.โ
