"The pictures of this property are very misleading. The check in process was not clear and there is no one on the property to answer questions and no contact info.
Our room had things left from other guests and trash left behind. There were no blinds on the windows, which made sleep nearly impossible. The "free breakfast" was stale cereal, or so I'm guessing because, again, literally no one to ask. "

"My Mother had a wonderful stay at the Half Moon Hotel. I accidentally booked this hotel a year ago - long story but needless to stay it ended up all working out well. Staff were amazing, friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. Really enjoyed the stay and service. "A very comfortable hotel in an excellent location in the city of London. Walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, pubs and shopping. We purchased breakfast included in our stay and to our surprise, the breakfast had many food options. Pleasantly satisfied with our stay. "

A word of caution about using Google pay for bus/train tickets. The reader usually will not register your tap the first time, so the driver will stop you. By then, the phone is waiting for you unlock Google wallet to approve the payment. You do that and tap again. All is good, but when you review you charge history, you'll see double payment!. We learned this the hard way."
