โI received a call to confirm the check in. It's conveniently placed on the main road, close to bus stops and shops. Off street parking available, free after 5pm. The room was very clean and warmed for us, with basic toiletries provided. The receptionist was very friendly and professional, provided the necessary information and offered further assistance.

โThe pictures of this property are very misleading. The check in process was not clear and there is no one on the property to answer questions and no contact info.
Our room had things left from other guests and trash left behind. There were no blinds on the windows, which made sleep nearly impossible. The "free breakfast" was stale cereal, or so I'm guessing because, again, literally no one to ask. โ

โWe had a really lovely stay here for our wedding in London. The rooms were beautiful and clean and staff were friendly and helpful. My mother's room was closer to the rail tracks so hers was quite noisy at times but she used earplugs and was able to sleep. Rooms felt safe and bed was comfortable.โ
