"Nice and clean room All staff very helpful and the food was lovely would recommend this hotel to anyone wishing a good place to stay and plenty of parking"

"The room was okay for two nights. Near the Norbury train station, like 5min away. The staff was kind and polite. However, we found that was a bit far for us from main places in London."

"Clean and warm room, comfort to stay."

"Adequate room and clean bedroom and bathroom. Communication could do with improving because I didn't receive email notification 72 hours prior to visit (as stated), I did not know what door number it was (No.113) and nobody answered the phone number when I called, so I was standing outside for 40 minutes. But good price for location."
