โwhen we arrived, there was nobody and we couldn't find a way to get in touch with the person who could give the information about how to get in. In the first floor there was a restaurant and a phone #. We made a call to the number and no one received phone. So we left a message to the phone. Because we arrived after 7 p.m., I had to arrange another hotel to stay for that night and made a reservation for that night using hotels.com site which cost me about 200 euros. Later I've got return calls...

I could feel that the hotel staff were very friendly and made genuine efforts to be helpful. On separate occasions, I received personal assistance from two front desk staff members and one restaurant staff member, and all of them stood out for listening attentively to my requests and helping me sincerely. The room size and breakfast were also appropriate, and I appreciated that the hotel was located right in front of the station and close to other shops."
