“I felt like I was staying at Fawlty Towers. The shower would sporadically go from boiling hot to freezing cold, there were fixtures hanging off walls and doors, holes in the walls, rotten wooden window frames, windows that wouldn’t open and the staff were quite rude. They also managed to lose a piece of luggage we accidentally left behind. We went back to get it a few hours after we checked out and they couldn’t find it.
