"Room was dirty as was one towel. The bed made noises when I rolled over. When the heater turned on it vibrated so loudly that it would wake me up a night. Staff was friendly, but the conditions were unacceptable. "

"Excellent stay. Very clean rooms and accommodating staff. Unfortunately the hot tub was out of order but the pool area is still great for kids. The free breakfast is good although not many gluten free options and one morning the buffet was out of a number of items. Overall a great place to stay with young kids that is close to downtown area. "

"It was nice. The room was ok and the staff at check-in were fine. The fitness center was very hot and despite asking a few times, no one was able to find the thermostat much less turn down the heat. The front desk staff seemed un-perturbed by the fact that she told me to turn it down, but then couldn’t actually find the thermostat herself to do so. I just pretended I was working out on a hot summer day! :-). I’d stay there again but suggest paying a little attention to small details."

"The rooms weren't clean, hair in the shower stained sheets and towels. The sink leaked, the towel rack and toilet paper holders were broken. Cookies on the ground outside the entrance. Absolutely not worth the money. "

"Loved the place no indoor pool but you have access to the pool across the way which was coinvent but not during the cold honestly have to walk all the way around the the front to let you in but other then that there was absolutely no issues"
