Friendly staff! Great breakfast !

Overall, the hotel is good, the only issue that we had was the check in. The room was not ready by the time we arrived, check in time is 3 pm but by 4 pm is still not ready, We had to leave for a game so we don’t know what time the room was ready since we came back to the hotel late at night but I know another family was waiting for at least two hours and there were few other families waiting as well. Hotel is well maintained, room is clean but need a little update in the bathroom, shower head needs to be changed. Breakfast is ok, not many choices, but it was ok since we stayed for two nights. Found it a bit noisy, maybe because of the location.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. However the hotel seems old and amenities nonexistent. Breakfast starts at 7am which is quite late. Location is great and it’s a short walk to MetroNorth.
