Rooftop pool is good, BUT there are only 10 sun loungers for all the hotel guests, very often there are lots of people sat waiting to get one. Spa facilities are good and open until 8pm, sauna could be hotter. Elevators take forever, very slow. Rooms are nice & good location. Generally speaking service at the hotel was slow, check in was slow, check out was slow. The good points balance out the bad but overall: average.

Our stay at Noru hotel was nice, variety of foot at breakfast buffet, room very clean although there is no storage for clothes, small drawers and hanger rail which was not enough for 3 people. Main beds comfortable but sofa bed very poor quality I would expect more from 4* hotel. Sorry.

First of all sun-valley on the pool bar roof top bar was a diamond super helpful, and gave us some fantastic recommendations round the island. The hotel is good for the price we payed I would recommend if you can find a good deal on it. Breakfast included was a nice touch for the couple of times we used it. Downstairs pool is nice too. Steam room is really good sauna I found on the day I used it wasn't really hot but I do like a hot sauna. Staff are generally okay. We did have a little issue which they tried their best to correct. And even offered us a complementary lunch and dinner. But

The hotel is very clean, and the staff are all extremely friendly and very helpful. Gave us tips on where to go and what to do based on our interests. Staff went out of their way to meet any requirements we had, without hesitation. Spacious, clean rooms with AC. Great location, very central to everything. Within walking distance of most things. Rooms were cleaned every day when we would leave them. Great rooftop pool and bar, along with an indoor swimming pool and spa. Will be staying here again next time I visit. Well recommended.

The hotel is a short 2-3 minutes walk from the bus stop where the Airport Direct (TD2) bus stops & load. A short 5 minute walk to St. George' Beach. Better book a room with a terrace in front as rooms behind are closer to the construction noise of a new building being built next to it. The room is spacious & comfortable for 2 persons.

Could not complain about the staff, always happy to help. Pool and Spa was relaxing. Breakfast was ok, food changed so not always the same, had 1 meal in the restaurant, not the best, ordered Pork Belly but got ribs and only when asked was informed chef could not get belly not when ordering.

I as a group of four have just stayed at Noru hotel for a week. The staff in all areas cannot do enough for those staying. We found they helped with any issue we had. One night the options for our evening meal were limited to only meat and no fish option. We spoke to the chef and she immediately offered us a fish option. Only one thing I was not happy with was that we regularly used the stairs but would find everyday that there was on almost all floors, plates, a trolley and dirty linen as if no one was using the stairs. I understand the need to keep the hotel corridors clear and tidy but the stairs should be aswell. A great location for access to all locations on Malta. All staff are friendly, helpful and eager to please. A great stay.

Excellent hotel and location

Spacious room with a good big bed and a good double bath (no support handles for the oldies, though). An excellent and varied buffet breakfast on the 12th floor with Panoramic views of Mercury Tower complex, Paceville and Swieqi/Pembroke The staff were always very friendly and helpful

A pretty new hotel with both a great breakfast & gym. Staff are very helpful & professional. Rooms are smartly furbished & spacious. Minor drawbacks were a quite noisy area & the air conditioning units are a little too loud. Would recommend. Good value.

The hotel was very accommodating and allowed us to check in earlier than the check in time. Nice room and very convenient to a bus station that had several bus routes as well (especially to the airport) as food options. The pool was unfortunately closed during the season we went however it had a rooftop bar which was open. There was a big grocery shop across the road which was convenient too! Really nice stay, would recommend
