โWe stayed in the 'Nene@ room in what appears to be a newly built outbuilding in the grounds. the room had everything you would expect to a high standardโ
โBeautiful accomodation and accessibility. I really could not, or want to, be critical of anything with our stay. The air conditioning was a massive bonus on one of the hottest day of the year and with us bringing our dog, our room had its own patio and direct access onto the gardens , which was perfect. All the staff were very friendly and professional with a superb breakfast. I Would definitely recommend for a special occasion stay.โ
โWhat a wonderful hotel. The grounds are beautiful, the hotel is very well kept and the staff were amazing. An overall wonderful experience at the Talbot. โ
โLovely country pub, with easily accessible rooms with motel-style parking. Only negative with our room (7) was the rain shower with a silly design, no chance of a shower without getting your hair wet - not always ideal for ladies! But nice with a walk-in shower! The cooked breakfast was great.โ
โRooms were decorated beautifully and had all the amenities. The gentleman working the night reception was friendly and helpful.
Helen in the restaurant gave fabulous service, the breakfast was lovely and nothing was too much.
Great place to stayโ
โCheap hotel but does the job. We needed an over night stay and it does the job. One of our other parties had a room that smelt a drainy but they moved her straight away when we went back to the guy on reception who had checked us in. Staff are polite so can't fault it. Nice spacious room and comfy bedโ
โGreat value for money, spacious clean room. Bathroom was clean, nice powerful shower and fresh bath sheet towels provided each day. Breakfast was really good with plenty of choice. Staff very friendly and helpful. Overall great stay for 4 of us for 2 nights, 2 twin rooms.โ
