“Very good”

“This is a nice business style hotel on the outskirts of Peterborough. It is very close to the A1 which was handy as we arrived late. It also has air conditioning which was very nice in the heat. Good parking though you do pay extra for this. Room service was good and staff were very nice. I would stay again.”

“Our arrival was admittedly very late - 2.30am. TV in our room did not work at all. The 24 hr Receptionist could not communicate so unable to help about the TV. Breakfast was self service Toast/Strawberry Jam and Cereals. Staff hardly any spoke English.We had to leave very early so no experience of whether the Bar was open or not. Very poor quality hotel so will not ever stay there again.”

“We had a 2 bedroom apartment. It was clean and spacious. It had a fully equipped kitchen including a freezer. There was even a washing machine and a dishwasher, There was a really good size ensuite in one of the double bedrooms and a large main bathroom. We were really impressed with the size and facilities in the room. Only slight niggle was that with a very tall family the beds were not the largest. We would definitely stay there again.”

“Breakfast is the problem. We were told that Sunday there is no breakfast, which is not written anywhere on the website; so we had to have - and pay for - breakfast somewhere else. Then, when we had breakfast the other days, we were asked to order the evening before (not written on Expedia as well) and what we were given was barely enough. We all had to spend extra money to reach a very minimum bearable breakfast - as we are people who were in Peterborough to work, not holiday.”

“Stayed during the heatwave. There is no AC on site and the central fan did nothing. Had to request a fan from the front desk to sleep through the night.”

“Everything about this property was perfect. Lovely clean room with modern power shower beautifully tiled. Lots of little extras such as luxury soap, shower gel, body lotion. Plenty of tea and coffee sachets and a small bottle of milk each day, not to mention the little chocolates and hot chocolate and biscuits. A small fridge with ice box in the room and of course a kettle. They just enjoyed adding those extra touches which make all the difference. The outdoor pool and sunbeds were perfect...

“Located in Glaston, we used the old pheasant for an overnight base whilst travelling through. Family suite was generous in space, clean and comfortable. Kids had private sleeping space. We enjoyed an evening meal in the restaurant and was looked after by the front of house team who were excellent. We stayed for breakfast and enjoyed both a continental and cooked breakfast. Food was value for money and service was fantastic throughout the visit. Would stay again. Value for money.”

“The hotel is situated on a very busy road which can make it difficult to join traffic as you are leaving the car park. Having said that we were initially fearful that the room would be noisy but with double glazing and the room being at the rear it was fine. There was plenty of parking but my husband has limited mobility and there was no disabled parking bay near to reception which was situated a fair way away from the car park.
