โWe had an excellent experience. The location was convenient for our needs, clean, and tastefully done. It's excellent value for the area. It must be said that a younger traveller will probably be more comfortable with the low-touch approach (text check in, code-locked doors), but they've clearly made an effort to be more accessible to a traveler looking for something more traditional. โ
โThis in was such an unexpected find. From the outside it looks like an old fashioned roadside motel but theyโve done a beautiful renovation / upgrade and the rooms are spacious and modern with nice touches like healthy snacks , a good coffee machine, noise machine , super comfy bed. Bathtub is always a nice plus. Second surprise is that breakfast is all homemade and delicious. I mentioned on the phone that a family member has a dairy allergy, and there were 2 dairy free homemade baked goods...
โThis family is professional and kind. I left a $100 tip because I watched attend to her guests and her two Autistic sons as well as her elderly parent. Amazing โ
โThe friendly owner checked me in and the facilities manager was speedy when I requested an extra towel. I appreciated the local restaurant recommendations.
Itโs not fancy/upscale but the room was clean and a nice size, with desk and nightstand. I appreciated the fridge with a legit freezer section and the microwave. The beds were super comfortable and it was quiet.
We stayed again several days later when we were passing through and had another really good experience. Great place to stay!โ
โValerie at the front desk and who checked me in was above and beyond in customer service. She checked to see if I had a IGH accountโwhich I did but had forgotten, and reminded me about the points and promotions. This Holiday Inn is a well managed property. Thank youโ
โBeautiful hotel, very well-maintained. Friendly professional, welcoming staff. Rooms are beautiful, well appointed and very comfortable. Exceptional service by the staff at this particular property. We ended up leaving something behind by mistake and they immediately called us and let us know that we had left something in the room that was important to us. We really appreciate the extra special personalized service. When in the area, we will definitely stay here again. โ
โThis was an easy, clean and quiet motel not too far from North Adams. I think it would be great for hikers or others seeking a pleasant place to stop. Really nice tables and sit-down swings for adults, too. โ

โThis motel worked perfectly for our weekend at Tanglewood. We had two rooms for our group, and they were perfectly clean, and it was quiet at night. The facilities are outdated and could use a renovation. But for location - just a short drive to Tanglewood - and cleanliness, it fit the bill. Also, the service was excellent. โ
