“Bad stay - the host did not send me check in details on the day of check in so I had to chase her up and she didn't even apologise for the hassle. One of the mattresses is so uncomfortable, you can Feel the springs. If you travel as 2 the host locks the bedroom doors for 1 room, is there any need? Overall, the place is okay but the hassle is not worth it ”

“The property is actually quite nice, it is well presented. Although I did not receive any check in information prior to my arrival, I had to wait in the rain at 10pm at night for around 15 mins waiting for somebody to answer the phone to give me the lockbox combination. Once I gained access to the property, there was no actual key that is given, all you get is a combination lock that is shared with another flat. I did not feel secure in the property, all my expensive items had to be taken into...
