"The front desk help was rude. My husband called directly and asked if they had any rooms, and she said no! She iidentified herself as the night manager. My husband asked her if she knew any other places she could recommend and she named a few low level places like Super 8 and Days Inn. While my husband was talking to her, he relayed to me what she said when I returned to the car. I said that was odd, because I was just on expedia a little while ago and they had numerous choices of rooms.My husband repeated to her what I said, and then she said well, I have a one for 500. a night. So, I went online and booked a room at the same place for far less. When we arrived she was so rude and acted like we put her out to do her job She sighed heavily and told us to be quiet as we went to our room, perhaps we didn't realize that it was late at night. I never said a word and my husband only told her we had a reservation and his name. It was very unconfortable. Then housekeeping knocked on our door early the next morning! The only positive was the beds were comfortable and our room clean. "

"1) Parking was right outside our room. That was fine. 2) Yes there were shops for food, drinks and shopping which we enjoyed. 3) Staff was friendly. 4) The room its self was below standards. It do not replicate the room in the booking pictures at all. I choose the upgraded room at the time of my booking. I actually booked 2 rooms as one for me and one for my parents. Both our rooms just weren’t clean. The fridge had rust on the outside, The toilet had mold in it, the shower grout had missing pieces and cracking. The master bed was so “v’d” in the middle I had to sleep on the couch so my wife could be comfortable. Also the vertical blinds were plastic an also several of them were broken which makes it look very junky. I chose the upgraded room and they were just so disappointing. We were both on the second floor in th “A” building. I was able to see rooms on the first floor that were much more modern and actually looked like the pictures I was believing I booked. I feel like if all rooms aren’t the same then the pictures need to be of the actual room. It is very deceiving and unfair. I booked this for my mom’s 70th birthday so I was taken back. "

"The room was very large and clean but the carpet could use a refresh. The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful - excellent. The pool is new and just the right temperature. Lots of chairs in either sun or shade."

"We were very disappointed the water park was NOT included in our stay. All pictures showed it was. If you missed the cleaning lady it was hard to get clean towels and toilet paper. The building is very old, it is clean though. Never any towels at the pool. "

"No bar/restaurant on site No speakers allowed at pool These two things alone will stop us from returning"
