"This place is in massive need of an update.
The carpet in the main hallways is torn and rippled so poorly I could barely run my suitcase on it.
The walls are pretty dirty.
The bathroom is absolutely atrocious and needs to be simply gutted and redone."

"The hotel is very dated. The room I stayed in has 70s furniture and the ugliest headboard I’ve ever seen. The blanket had a musty smell to it. There are no elevators so if you’re on 2nd or 3rd floor you have to carry your heavy luggage up. Not very handicap friendly. The breakfast is overpriced. "

"Breakfast menu was very basic. I was looking forward to poached eggs but only had cold scrambled eggs that had been sitting for some time. Couldn’t work the coffee machine asked staff who added water then after asking again she hadn’t fitted it possible. Asked where the saucers were to go with cup and she said they only provide them at the bar???? Coffee tasked like dish water had to ask for our table to be wiped and cleared before we could sit. "
