Clean, cute cabins, friendly and helpful staff, plenty of free parking, and beautiful ocean view. The owner made it clear on several occasions ahead of time that there are no grocery stores or restaurants nearby and no cooking facilities in the room so we were prepared and had a wonderful stay.

I enjoyed staying at the Guesthouse Hof. The owners of the property were very helpful and kind. The room was clean. It was a great hopping off point to see the wonders of the Snæfellsnes peninsula.

Clean room and ocean view was nice - tried to get water from front reception but front desk said they would not open even before 9am so kinda annoyed by that, No drinking water in cabin either.

Beautiful location with private beach. Clean cabin with ocean view. One thing to note, bring ear plugs as the walls between rooms are very thin and you can hear neighbours easily.

The hosts and staff were exceptional: very friendly, accommodating and helpful. The breakfast was great and it was a good idea to have it available and you only pay for it if you take part. The facility was very very nice and clean, up to date and really comfortable. Loeke, one of the friendly, friendly cats, should be promoted to senior tour director. He was our tour guide when we walked down to the beach and back to the guesthouse, running ahead on the trail, waiting for us to catch up and then checking things out before we moved forward. Five stars for this place!!!

Great location. Right beside the beach where seals are. Just use the beach belonging to the hotel. Just beware of the birds as you walk to the beach. They nest in the grass and will try and attack you if you walk near their nests.

We rented a small cottage On the plus side Very warm water Nice bed Nice view On the minus side We heard the neighbours extremely well. The cottage is very worn out. Doors and windows are hard to open and close. However in Iceland on the country side there isn’t much to choose from but I would not stay here again.
