“Breakfast was great. The staff were excellent.”

“I think it is unfair to assume that everyone has a digital wallet and knows how to access your digital key. I was unsuccessful in getting on the app you kept sending and sending. In the room, you offer a physical card. Why can’t you afford that ahead of time? I did not mind making a stop at your sister hotel to get his card. But I had to go through the frustrating steps with your AI robot and I believe a real person. If a guest indicates no interest in doing this digitally, they should not...

“Alles war sauber. Leider defekter Fön. Ersatz war zweckmäßig. Personal freundlich. Parken top.”

“An amazing stay! The owner could not have been more charming and welcoming! And the breakfast was top notch!”

“friendly, prompt and clean”

Stark rekommendation.”

“This hotel is special, great staff, nice modern rooms and bathrooms, superb restaurant and bar. We stayed for six nights, was meant to be seven but staff were okay with the shortened stay, helpful in amending the booking and a room refund. Free parking was a bonus. Having an in-house bar and restaurant meant you could easily access great coffee, drinks and excellent classy meals. We come to the Netherlands regularly and would be back here in a heartbeat.”

“The Suit Hotel Pincoffs was not so big hotel, but it was very lovely and a nice family managed one. As a business man, I had been traveling to many countries and cities, and used stay at the 4~5 stars hotels for last 42 years. but the Suit Hotel Pincoffs in Rotterdam was a outstanding hotel which knows well in detail what their clients want, and they try to do their best in order to offer the most comfortable stay in the hotel. And the all items prepared in the hotel were something different...
