โThe Hotel is walkable to PNC Park and Acrisure Stadium. So much to do on Penn Avenue. The rooms are clean and comfortable. You can't go up the elevator with out your room key. That is a great safety feature. Staff is excellent as well. โ
โStaff was friendly, room was very big, perfect for 4 people. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good, as it is with most Hilton hotels. Food at the hotel convenience store was very pricey. โ
โThe staff was awesome. We had booked 2 nights separately and they changed the reservations quickly so that we didn't have to change rooms.
The couch/pillows in room were stained and carpet needs replacing.
Otherwise, no complaints, nice atmosphere and decor. We enjoyed our weekend stay!โ
โHousekeeping service is provided everyday, but cleaning is not done. Lots of hairs remain in the bathroom after housekeeping. Changing towels, rearranging bedsheets and removing garbages are done.
Guest laundry is available. It was very convenient in summer.
Breakfast is also good. Location is also good.
