“Easy parking. Check-in was a breeze. Helpful and friendly staff. Dinner in the restaurant was sublime (and I have a very fussy partner so trust me on this). The room exceeded expectations and thoughtful little niceties like sweets and luxurious ample bathroom additions and slippers/bathrobes. “Extremely noisy and unable to sleep until well past 23.30 hrs when the bar shut. Even after that, water noises and pipes rattling. The location was good for our purpose of visit and rooms were decent with tea/coffee and a good size towel provided. Aside from the noise, the lack of Reception staff and communication between management and Reception/cleaning staff needs to drastically improve!
