We were disappointed that the owner didn't refer to the planned building work in their hair salon downstairs. This caused disruption across two days of our break. "

It was nice to see an old fashioned open coal/wood burning fireplace in use,even some of the regulars there kept it topped up,not just the staff. The breakfasts were lovely."
