“Friendly staff and personalize communication ”

“So I had stayed there on two different occasions and on the first one the room they put me in was great. It was very clean. The second stay not so much yesterday the staff is helpful. I did show the housekeeping staff the mold that is in the shower and asked to have it cleaned but they only cleaned the floor. The mod did come off when I washed the shower walls myself after.”

“Very close to the gate to the side of the river. Easy access to the main market area. Staffs were very kind and patient for broken Polish and English. ”

“아침 식사는 매우 훌륭. 다만 9시부터 가능하다는 것을 모르고 아침식사 옵션을 구입해서 좀 불편했음. 방은 매우 깨뜻하고 침대도 편안함. 매우 조용하고 평화로움. 어파트형이라 조리도구가 있어서 편리했음. 홍차와 커피도 내려먹을 수 있게 준비되어 있음. 전자레인지가 공용으로라도 있으면 더 편리할 것 같음.”

“The location was excellent for seeing all the sights but being in the main square there was some noise at night. The room was clean and furnished well for our needs. Would stay there again.”

“Staff was kind and spoke good English. They helped with suggestions and directions. The shower and sheets were luxurious. Very grateful for the elevator.”

“Good location to the city center. This is an older hotel that just needs some love. Staff is great and the general manager was fun to talk with. No air condition No major amenities Did not try the restaurant onsite - be aware of the bar across the street, it can get loud * until midnight”
