"We needed a place to stay but werent far from trying somewhere else. Pros: quiet, ac kept us cool. Cons: they are admiate about no smoking of any type however walking into the lobby it smelt like marijana and throughout the hallways. The room was not well cleaned; stains on the bedding, dirty shower curtain, they reused the toilet paper from the guest before us, and only one outlet working on the bedside table and a broken ice maker. We did not get to experience the breakfast but based off the cleanliness of the room and the rest of the building we decided to pass. Overall not the most ideal stay but could have been worse."

"The hotel was in a convenient location to downtown. They were in the midst of renovations, but did a great job of protecting guests from that. The breakfast could have been a little more varied, but it was unique to have a bagel bar (if I’m remembering correctly)."

"Our room was clean, but the door lock didn't work in room 419, only the latch at the top. We didn't have breakfast but the snacks at the front had plenty of options. The bar service was great, and all of the staff were friendly and accommodating. Excellent service!! I would come back for another stay!"

"While the outside was basically trash-free, the inside interior was aged and faded…that was the good part. After receiving my room key, I tried to access my room, only to discover that it was already inhabited. The ease with which I was able to access entry made me leery of staying overnight, so I requested a refund and left."

"The hotel is not well kept in terms of cleaning. The room had a strong mold smell. Cleaning left much to be desired with hair on the bed and the bathroom was not really clean. Overall I was not satisfied with my stay. "

"Two rooms on the first floor had such a strong overwhelming chlorine/bleach smell that neither us nor our friends could stay longer than a few moments. The folks at the front desk were very helpful and polite and moved us immediately. We then got a second story room and a fourth story room and the smell was fine. It looks like they tried to remodel the property and on the surface it looks pretty good. The lobby looks nice. When you start to look closer at the rooms they are not in great shape. The trim around the base of the sink wasn't even attached. The mini fridge made a lot of noise all night long. The bed was fine enough and clean. They do have secured uncovered parking. We picked this hotel because the price was more reasonable than other properties and was available for the date we needed. For one night it was ok but those property is not on our list to return to. "
