This hotel is an undiscovered gem in Norway. Everything about this establishment is top rate. The dining areas offer comfortable and intimate seating. The decor in the rooms is exquisite including velvet draperies. This hotel exudes old-world charm while offering all the modern conveniences. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.

Had a perfect stay. Room was very comfortable, breakfast amazing, with good quality produce.

Fantastisk fint og velstelt hotell med sjel. Fikk høre historien helt fra starten i 1890 av en skjønn servitør.
God mat, vi fikk julemiddag.
Koselig og romslig rom, reint og fint.

Dårlig standard på bad
Rommet var ok, men standard på badet er ikke akseptabelt. Det var en hånddusj i et gammelt badekar, og det var veldig lavt under taket. Det kan knapt brukes av små barn, i hvert fall ikke av voksne.
