“Kind, warm, friendly people. Floor cleanness in my room was not perfect. Spar - you will love it. You will love this place surrounded by REAL ALPS. COFFEE, WINE, READING, even Smoking in Balcony you will love it.”

“Hotel needs more signage. There's only an arrow on the road to lead you past several other buildings. Self check-in is difficult if you only speak English. Luckily a very nice front desk attendant showed up to help us. Our original room was not as described on Expedia but he moved us to a much nicer room with the accommodations we needed. Their dinner restaurant was just a short, pleasant walk and had very good food.”

“Wellnesslandschaft hat uns gut gefallen. Whirlpool hätte wärmer sein können”

“Gorgeous rooms with a great view! Mini kitchen was so wonderful - clean and modern. The self check-in is a great idea, but I can see where some people may find it confusing. Also, watch your head - low ceilings. But overall one of the best stays yet!”

“We loved staying here, even when the room was simple we enjoyed the amenities. We loved the spa and the fact that there was a convince store right next to our building. There was plenty of parking and Liechtenstein is really close from here maybe 18 minutes drive. We had a very relaxing time here. There is no AC to cool the room, but we didn't needed it when we were there.”

“Everything was at the top level of excellence”

“Property is an older Innsbruck Hotel. Very close to Old Town and to Congress to access the Top of Innsbruck funicular. Staff are very helpful and pleasant. Rooms were very clean. Nice European breakfast buffet every morning. Bathroom in our room was updated but rest of the room was a little dated. As I said, nice and clean but furniture, bed curtains could be updated.”

“A very bizarre place. We stayed here as part of a 2 week road trip around Europe and we were hugely disappointed. The room felt like we were staying in a board room. It was very big and all white with nothing on the walls and no soft furnishings. The building is very tired and dated. We went for dinner in the restaurant as there is really nothing else in the area. The service was super slow and all the tables were getting very frustrated. Breakfast was plentiful, but the quality was poor....
