Ok hotelli keskellä tätä yllättävän vireää kaupunkia. Huone oli nähnyt parhaat päivänsä ka oli epäsiisti. Palvelu respassa ja baarissa oli perushyvällä tasolla. Ok pysähdyspaikka lähellä Trondheimia.

I have stayed at this hotel for many years. This year, bearing in mind its winter, the COLD air conditioning was on and l had to use 2 duvets to keep warm at night. I was informed a new system had been installed and they could not alter timer. Each traveller has their own sense of comfort surely each room should be able to control individually.

Dåligt skick på rummen (speciellt hundrummen)

Väldigt bra frukost! Vi reste med hund och fick ett så sorgligt rum. Det kostade dessutom 300 nok extra för att de behöver städa rummet mer noggrant efter min hund. Jag köper avgiften om rummet hade varit fräscht men med de 300 nok så hade de kunnat utföra en billigare renovering som hade kunnat lyfta rummet. Kakel och klinkers 70-talet, mögliga fogar, parkettgolv som rest sig, sängar så obekväma och dåliga så att IKEA billigaste säng hade känts som en Carpe diem-säng. Mycket dåligt att ta ut en extraavgifter för ett så dåligt rum!
