We felt uncomfortable because
My family booked and paid for a Suite room but was assigned a studio room.
We showed the cler the reservation but did not confirm that the room was correct.

โI stayed at this hotel overnight after visiting Mountain Rainier with my daughter. The first person to welcome us was a young hotelier at the counter. He explained to us very kindly and always had a smile on his face. That was the most precious thing I experienced at this hotel. I couldn't ask for his name, but he had a nice dreadlocks hairstyle.โ
โThey are very accommodating I needed to extend my stay a few night and they where great about it and gave us same room didnโt have to move rooms that was great looks like they are doing some upgrade to the outside which is great only negative was pool wasnโt working but they did say it was being fixed and available next week thank u again was amazing โ
โSafest place in an unsafe place. I had zero worries the entire time. Security on staff, excellent condition hotel and the pool is in an awesome secluded place! I had a great stay! โ
โLoved the room! Nice atmosphere and great location. A bit of trouble checking in. Have to take and upload a selfie and driverโs license, but it was worth it.โ
