“Room was very good, very clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of restaurants nearby”

“Sent around to back door because it was “closest to our room”. Door had sign that said lock was broken. We had to walk around to find a door that would work. Furniture in room was shabby at best and broken at worst. Staff at front desk was informative and helpful but inaware of the broken door. “I thought they fixed that.””

Went to check in around noon asking what time the check in is and they said to come back and check in at 3 and everything was good with the switching of the dates. “The location of this hotel can't be beat for Zootown sightseers. Everything you need is within walking distance or on the nearby bus line. A trail for dog walking is across the parking lot. Cleanliness is hit and miss. During one stay we found a drawer full of underwear and the floor turned our feet black. During another stay, no complaints.
