Convenient location near fuel, groceries, and shopping. Our room was clean. The restroom was clean and well stocked. I did have difficulties sleeping on such a soft mattress and the window above the entry door to our room let in too much light for a person who prefers a dark room for sleep. The ceiling fan above the bed was nice. We did enjoy a complimentary breakfast cards for my wife and I.

The Gibson mansion is a step back in time that does not disappoint. The only thing I wish it had had or I had known was the host we’re going to be gone for Christmas. I would’ve liked to have met them and enjoyed their hospitality instead, we were left on our own or visiting Otherwise it’s conveniently located next to a grocery store restaurants. One can get around by using Uber Lyft, the Missoula bus transportation is also available.

The house is beautiful and decor was upscale inside. Our room was very comfortable, the bed was so relaxing I felt like we were sleeping in the clouds. We also received a voucher for Breakfast and it was so delicious. Over all this was the prettiest B&B we have stayed in.. we do many as we travel. We highly recommend, and would definitely stay again if we're in this area again.

Step back in time in total comfort!

We loved this beautiful, historic home! The building and grounds are gorgeous, and you couldn't have better hosts. They were so friendly and welcoming. We highly recommend The Gibson Mansion.

Beautiful & very well maintained! The easy use of the kitchen to make our dinner & then the relaxation of eating outside in the serene yard was just what we needed after driving all day. Care takers were very friendly & even offered us some of their home made Texas cake, which was delicious! As a final bonus, they offer breakfast coupons for a fun cafe right across the street! The Gibson is definitely worth the value & is an exceptional place to stay!

We had a great stay at the mansion. Staff was very friendly, room was perfect with a big cozy bed. The breakfast vouchers for a meal across the street was very good and convenient. They had tea, coffee, snacks, available 24/7. Would definitely go again! Loved the old mansion!

The entire home--from its architectural beauty, yard area, gazebo and landscaping, to the period-style interior is welcoming and invites reflection to a time when life was simpler. Each room is thoughtfully decorated to offer comfort and a homey feel. Even the 10-12 person dining table is set to encourage guests to imagine (or enjoy) a delectable meal reminding us of the importance of sharing mealtimes. Our room (The Sunset) was clean, tastefully furnished and offers modern conveniences but a level of comfort that was so appreciated. **The comforter and quilt on the queen bed are luxurious! The location is perfect for everything we needed to do in town over two days. Though located near a main road, the home is well-insulated from traffic noise and busy-ness. The vouchers to two local restaurants for breakfast were a special treat. My husband and I chose to try the Breakfast Club (right across the street from the Mansion) and both ordered the steak scramble...it was amazing. Staff is great; it is definitely popular as the line was long...but the wait short. Several staff are cooking simultaneously to get the orders out. We WILL keep the Gibson Mansion at the top of our list as a very special Airbnb to stay in when we overnight in Missoula.

Great fun and beautiful place to stay. A step back in time. The property is beautiful and well kept. We had a nice stay. The breakfast was really nice as were the treats and coffee made available 24/7.

We absolutely loved this place. Beautiful. Bryson, the manager, was so nice and informative and helpful. Greeted us and showed us around. The architecture of the mansion was exquisite. Our room was so inviting and we had an amazing veranda outside our room. The bed and the pillows were the most comfortable of anywhere we have ever stayed. I highly recommend this place. We will stay here every trip.

Wonderful bed and breakfast! Every room was occupied but it was like having the place to yourself. Very charming facility and much effort put into keeping the history of the house. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were very clean and bed was very comfortable. This is now our official go to lodging when visiting Missoula.

A truley amazing place to stay. It was like stepping into history. We stayed in the suite, which was awesome. The whole hasis a total treasure. Its a short walk to the shops, and for food shopping. We totaly relaxed here Tayli a Bryson are just great. We would definitely stay there again if we pass this way

Not a B&B

The Gibson Mansion is a lovely house and our room was very comfortable. But it should be described as a guest house rather than as a B&B, because the only breakfast provided on site was coffee and cereal or snack bars. Rather than serve breakfast in the beautiful dining room, they gave us a voucher for a fast food breakfast place across the street in a strip mall. It was underwhelming and not at all what we expected and unlike what we have experienced at other B&Bs in similar types of houses.
