"Was only here for 1 night for a soccer tournament. Upon arrival there was water puddled all over the counter dripping on to the floor that I had to clean up. The AC unit did not work, "

"The first room I had the carpet was soaked and the room smelled really bad. They were able to switch rooms but the day I checked out there was a roach in the bathroom. I have never had a terrible experience in a hotel in my entire life and I was very disappointed. However, big shout out to the security guy keeping the other patrons out of the parking lot. There is a bar and comedy club in the hotel and security blocked off people from entering to make sure the guests of the hotel had a parking space. The staff was super nice, but the hotel could use some updates. "

"The hotel room was renovated at some point, but the furniture was broken, the bed was not very comfortable and the hallways were very dated and had a bad odor to them. The breakfast area is very basic with not a lot of selection and we passed on eating there. "

"Elevator call buttons did not work whole time we were there. We had to ask an employee to send us up, no problem going down, but needed assistance going up every time. Very nice staff, available at desk 24/7. "
