"Wonderful staff and service. Pool and hot tub were not working which was disappointing to our son and general maintenance could be improved (closet doors off track and unusable, no dishwasher pods for dishwasher, etc) but overall convenient and good stay."

"Great location with a lot of dining options and just a five-minute walk from Pier Six Pavillion. Safe area. Check-in took less than 30 seconds. The two men at the valet station were true professionals. I can't believe how quickly our car came this morning.
Room was clean, bed and pillows were great, view was wonderful, and the shower was really nice.
If we had one quibble -- and we've seen this a couple of other places, too, and it mystifies us as to what architectural teams think this is a good idea -- but having no door at all between the room and the sink is really off-putting. Even if someone is just brushing teeth or putting on makeup, we almost all like a little privacy at the bathroom sink.
Anyway, we'd def stay there again. Prime hotel in a great location with great staff."
